I remember last year (if I'm not mistaken) Ramon Bautista was declared Persona Non Grata in Davao by Mayor Duterte because the former jokingly said "maraming hipon dito". Duterte told the comedian to be more SENSITIVE of what you say in public and what not so that people won't get offended.

The context of his statement does not matter so don't debate me on this, please, don't humiliate yourself. He still put "putang ina" and "pope" in one sentence.
